xcelForce is an enterprise AI implementation firm. We design, build, and deploy voice AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation for enterprise teams. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit xcelforce.com, contact us, or communicate with us by phone, SMS, or email.
Information we collect

- Inquiry details: the message you send us and your preferred meeting time.
- Communication records: if we speak with you by phone, we may keep call notes, duration, outcomes, and, where applicable, recordings and transcripts.
- Consent records: records of your opt-in to receive calls and messages.

- Service providers: providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our form and email handler, website hosting, and, where we place calls or send texts, telephony and AI voice providers. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us and are bound to protect it.

- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Calls and messaging
If you give consent, we may contact you by phone, including automated or AI-assisted calls, and by SMS text message at the number you provide, about your inquiry and engagement.
- Message frequency varies with your interaction with us. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact connect@xcelforce.com.
Consent
By submitting our website form and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive voice calls, including automated or AI-assisted calls, and SMS text messages from xcelForce at the number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting connect@xcelforce.com.
Call recording notice
If we place or receive calls with you, those calls may be recorded for quality, training, and service purposes. Several U.S. states, including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington, require all parties to a call to consent to recording. By consenting to receive a call, you consent to its recording. Where we use an automated assistant, it will announce that the call may be recorded at the start.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Data retention
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Where we hold call recordings, we retain them for up to 90 days and then delete them. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights

California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you additional rights. Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (company name); internet activity (page views, referrer, browser metadata); audio and electronic information (call recordings and transcripts, where applicable); and inferences drawn from the above.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared for marketing. You have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your information, to limit use of sensitive information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies: strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, and, if enabled, basic analytics cookies to understand site usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
International data transfers
We operate in the United States and process information there. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
